Preparing your hospital list can feel stressful and overwhelming, most especially for busy or working moms — so many items to buy, very little time for shopping, and every hospital has a different list.

At Ginax Baby Store, we make it EASY. Send us your hospital list and your budget. We’ll carefully select everything you need from our store and create a draft order for you. You’ll review it, approve or remove any item, then make payment, and we’ll pack and deliver your hospital bag. 

HOW OUR HOSPITAL LIST SERVICE WORKS

Getting your hospital bag ready doesn’t have to be stressful. Here’s exactly how our service works, step by step:

Step 1: Send Us Your Hospital List

You can share your list in two easy ways:

  • Upload on our website: Take a clear photo, screenshot, or PDF of your hospital list and upload it using the form below.
  • Or send via WhatsApp: Send your list directly to us on WhatsApp (0806 297 6383) and simply say, “This is my hospital list, please help me arrange everything.”

Whichever option you choose, we’ll receive your list and get to work.

Step 2: We Carefully Select Items for You

Our team will then:

  • Go through your hospital list line by line
  • Match each item with the best options available in our store
  • Make sure the total stays within your budget as much as possible
  • Add the correct sizes, quantities, and age range based on your list

You don’t have to worry about what to choose — we do the thinking and selection for you.

Step 3: We Create a Draft Order Just for You

After selecting the items:

  • We create a draft order (a pre-arranged cart) with everything you need
  • We then send the draft to you (via WhatsApp or email) with a link or clear breakdown of all the items and prices

You’ll see exactly what we’ve chosen for you before you pay.

Step 4: You Review and Adjust Your Order

You are fully in control. At this stage, you can:

  • Remove any item you don’t want
  • Ask us to swap something for a cheaper or more premium option
  • Add extra items you forgot or just want to include
  • Ask questions if you’re not sure about anything

We’ll happily make adjustments until you’re satisfied.

Step 5: Confirm & Make Payment

Once you’re happy with the order:

  • You confirm that everything looks good
  • We send you our payment details
  • After payment is received, your order is confirmed

No hidden charges, no surprises.

NOTE: We do NOT accept or process payment on delivery requests. So, if you intend to make payment on delivery, please do NOT fill the form so as to save yours and our time, thanks!

Step 6: We Pack and Deliver Your Hospital Bag

After you’ve paid:

  • We will carefully pack all your items
  • We will double-check your list again to make sure nothing important is missing
  • We will send photos or videos of your packed items (on request)
  • Your package is then dispatched for delivery to your chosen location or address 

You receive your items ready to go, so you can focus on yourself and your baby.
